By creating a JobRated account (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the Service.
JobRated is a trade name of WH Médias SAS, a company registered in France. WH Médias SAS is the party you are contracting with.
JobRated helps contractors ask their customers for Google reviews. It writes the review request, opens it in the messaging or email app on your own phone, keeps a record of who you asked, and shows you who clicked the review link.
JobRated is not a job-management platform, does not publish reviews, and has no control over what a customer writes or whether Google displays it.
JobRated does not send messages on your behalf. Every review request is opened in the Messages or Mail app on your own device, pre-filled, and you are the one who taps Send. Nothing is sent from our servers, and nothing is sent from a phone number or email address that is not yours.
Because you are the sender, you are the party responsible for complying with the rules that apply to those messages, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the CAN-SPAM Act. In practice that means: only message customers who actually hired you, honor a customer’s request to stop, and do not send at unreasonable hours. Standard message and data rates from your own carrier apply to you and to your customer.

JobRated has two plans:
Every new account starts with a free 14-day trial of Pro. No credit card is required to start the trial, and the trial ends on its own — you are not charged unless you choose to subscribe.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the interval you chose until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and there is no cancellation fee. Prices are exclusive of any sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions, message delivery failures, or outages at third-party services (Google, Stripe, Supabase, Vercel and others).
JobRated, along with its design, code and branding, is our property. You keep ownership of your business data. We claim no ownership over the customer information you enter.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings; doing so permanently deletes your profile, your customers and your review-request history, and ends any active subscription.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JobRated is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
WH Médias SAS is established in France, and these terms are governed by French law. Nothing in these terms removes any consumer or small-business protection you have under the laws of your own state that cannot be waived by agreement.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any material change takes effect.
